Compare a car in two postcode areas
The same model often has a different MOT record in different parts of the country. Pick a car and two postcode areas to see its pass rate, how many were tested, and how it compares with the local all-car average.

How the area comparison works
- Each column counts distinct cars of that model tested in the postcode area. The DVSA postcode is the test location, not the keeper's address, so a car tested in both areas appears in both counts.
- The model's pass rate is compared with the area's all-car rate, and with the model's own national rate, so a strong area average is not mistaken for a strong model.
- Rates are withheld below 30 tests. Counts are still shown: a count of three cars is a real answer even when a percentage would be noise.
